Teaching has always been a joy to me, being able to see the satisfaction on students faces when they have created a piece of work with little or no previous experience makes it worthwhile. Whether it be a simple handstitched piece or a more complex multi day creation. I like to be able to share my years of experience with others. I can teach creative experimental stitchery focusing on the design and manipulation to more traditional techniques with the emphasis on the historical aspect. Spending quiet moments with needle and thread as our predecessors would have done.
